The Real Estate Award Winners Archive
Since the programme's launch, the World Real Estate Excellence Awards has honoured more than 450 organisations and projects across 100+ countries. The Real Estate Award Winners archive is a curated record of the developers, architects, brokers, agencies and luxury property brands the jury has recognised — and a useful reference for anyone planning a future entry.
Winners are recognised across project-level and corporate-level categories. Project-level winners include luxury villas, branded residences, mixed-use master plans, commercial towers, civic buildings, smart buildings and sustainable developments. Corporate-level winners include developers, architectural practices, brokerage networks, construction firms, interior design studios and property management companies.
Recognition is global. Past winners span Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, South America, Africa and Oceania — with the most recent editions seeing significant winner concentration in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore, UK, Germany, USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia and South Africa.
Recent Headline Winners
Recent Developer Of The Year recognition has spanned both established master developers and rapidly-scaling boutique platforms. Recent Luxury Property Of The Year winners have included branded residence projects in Dubai, ultra-prime apartments in London and Singapore, private villa estates in Marbella, and resort residences in Tulum and Phuket. Recent Architecture Excellence Award winners have spanned residential, commercial, civic and cultural projects across every region.
Real Estate Agency Of The Year recognition has gone to both boutique luxury specialists and global brokerage networks, reflecting the dual structure of the international agency market. Property Management Company Of The Year has consistently been won by operationally-led platforms demonstrating verified customer-outcomes performance.
Smart Building Of The Year and Sustainable Property Of The Year recognition has accelerated rapidly in recent editions, reflecting the maturing technology and ESG sophistication of the international property industry. Winning entries in these categories are increasingly used as benchmarks by global investors evaluating ESG performance.
What Winners Receive
Winners across all categories receive a comprehensive recognition package. The package includes a globally recognised physical trophy presented at the gala; a digital and print winner's seal with detailed usage guidelines; an editorial profile published in the official winners directory; a press release distributed to international real estate media; and invitations to ongoing industry networking events.
Many winners use the recognition assets directly in sales materials, marketing campaigns, investor decks, press releases and digital presence — generating measurable commercial impact. The Real Estate Award Winners are followed by global luxury press, real estate publications, institutional investors, family offices and HNW concierge platforms.
Winners also gain access to the World Real Estate Excellence Awards alumni network — a curated community of past winners spanning developers, architects, agencies, designers and adjacent property businesses across 100+ countries. The alumni network produces meaningful partnership conversations, cross-border referral flow and strategic introductions.
How Past Winners Use The Recognition
Past winners consistently report measurable commercial impact from the recognition. Developers report stronger investor confidence in fundraising conversations, faster sales velocity on premium product and improved partnership shortlist rates. Architects report higher win rates on international competition briefs and improved talent inbound. Agencies and brokers report stronger HNW buyer trust and improved competitive positioning in shortlist conversations.
Several past Developer Of The Year and Master Developer Of The Year winners have explicitly cited the recognition in subsequent investor materials. Architecture Excellence Award winners regularly include the recognition in competition shortlist submissions where third-party recognition is reviewed as part of the credentials check.
The recognition's value compounds over time. Multi-year winners — organisations that have been recognised across multiple editions — consistently rank among the most credible brands in their respective regional markets. The Real Estate Award Winners archive is reviewed by international press, partners and buyers as a credibility reference.
Joining The Winners' Archive
The path to becoming a winner is open to any organisation operating across the property industry. Nominations are accepted from developers, architects, brokers, agencies, construction firms, interior designers, property managers, smart-building specialists and proptech innovators.
Strong entries lead with the work's most distinctive idea, follow with quantified outcomes, and present design, performance and impact in a structure the jury can score against published criteria. We recommend entering between two and four categories — typically a mix of corporate-level and project-level recognition.
- Lead with the work's most distinctive idea or quality.
- Quantify outcomes — sales, occupancy, certification, customer satisfaction, financial performance.
- Show the design — high-quality photography, drawings, masterplans, renderings.
- Submit independent press and third-party data as supporting evidence.
- Submit two weeks before the published deadline.
Browsing The Winners Directory
The complete winners directory is published online and updated after each edition. Winners are searchable by region, category, year and organisation type. The directory functions as a credibility reference for international press, investors, partners and buyers evaluating property organisations across multiple markets.
Detailed winner profiles include the winning entry, supporting imagery, jury commentary and links to the winning organisation. Multi-year winners and multi-category winners are highlighted within the directory, reflecting the depth of their recognition footprint.
