The Nomination Process Explained

The nomination process is designed to be straightforward — completing the online form, uploading supporting materials and submitting before the published deadline.

All submissions are handled securely and reviewed in strict confidence by an independent jury of senior real estate professionals.

Nominees are notified of their shortlist status several weeks before the gala ceremony. All nominees receive communication ahead of the event.
