World Real Estate Excellence Awards 2027 nominations: what a complete entry looks like and how to finish in 20 minutes

We read every entry before the jury sees it, and the ones we send back are short of the same few items. Here is what we need from developers, brokerages, property managers, proptech firms and design studios.

Choose your award programme on the first screen. The entry saves from there and we e-mail you a resume link. Stop and come back on any device.

Then work in order: category, organisation details, your three numbers, images. Leave the writing until last. We score what you can prove.

Every nominee can enter one award programme in one category on the Free plan at no cost. Paid plans start at USD 299 and add programmes, categories and competition levels. No plan or payment influences the result. Our nomination plans and fees page and the group plan comparison set out each level.

Developers enter Property Developer of the Year and Residential Developer of the Year. Brokerages enter Real Estate Agency of the Year and Broker of the Year. Property managers enter Property Management Company. Design firms enter Interior Design of the Year or the Architecture Excellence Award. Proptech firms sit under the PropTech Awards track. Our secretariat checks category fit and completeness first. If something is missing we write to you.

The jury evaluates this window between 20 September and 20 October 2026. Winners are announced internally between 3 and 30 October 2026. The gala follows on 14 November 2026 at the Westin Marina Hotel in Dubai.

There is no public voting. You can nominate yourself, or a client or colleague can do it.

Entries arriving after 15 October 2026 join the next cycle. Its galas are in Dubai on 15 May 2027, Bangkok on 15 July 2027 and Dubai on 10 November 2027. The group award schedule lists every date.
